(1) The arrangement of furniture, office equipment and staff required by the ministers for the purpose of private secretariat for the duration of their tenure shall be as prescribed.
(2) The furniture and permanent articles specified in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be returned by the ministers at the end of their tenure.
